除了科学文化知识,体育锻炼也是居家学习生活非常重要的一部分!宅在家中,“悦”动起来,保持良好的健康状态。为此,学校体育⽼师为同学们设计了“每天半小时,抗疫情亲子居家锻炼打卡行动”。鼓励小朋友们和亲人在家里一起锻炼,例如,平板⽀撑、空中蹬⻋、开合跳、卷腹摸膝…… 还有跳绳、仰卧起坐等一系列学校体质测试的常规项⽬。
During this special period, the rhythm of our lives changed because of the sudden outbreak. Although staying at home, we need to exerercise with joy. The PE teachers designed the project “30 minutes a day, funny exercises at home” for the students. These sports are all suitable for interaction with family members at home, such as the plank, air pedaling, jumping jacks, rolling the belly and touching the knees, as well as jumping rope, sit-ups, and other physical test items we usually have.
这项 “打卡行动” 倡导亲子互动,让宅在家⾥的每⼀个成员都运动起来!⽐⽐看, 谁的动作更标准?谁的意志⼒更顽强?全家⼀起增强免疫,保持愉悦的⾝⼼,抵抗疫情!许多孩子向老师和同学分享了运动照片和视频。
The physical education teachers also advocate that the daily exercise is completed in cooperation with the family members. Through that, we could see who has the more standard movement and who has the stronger willpower. The whole family together would be able to strengthen the immune system, maintain both physical and mental health to better fight against the epidemic.
体育⽼师每周还会拍摄运动示范视频,有亲子互动⼩游戏、有氧操、花样跳绳…… 同学们可以跟着⽼师的标准动作健⾝,争当运动⼩达⼈!
PE teachers will shoot some sports videos every week for the students to watch, such as fun little games, aerobic exercises and rope-jumping. Students can follow the movement of the teachers in videos and become ‘little sports masters’!
除了体育锻炼,大家也千万记得给自己的眼睛 “做体操” 哟!居家学习期间,同学们看电子屏幕的频率较高,要坚持做眼保健操,保护好我们的视力。
