上午时分,全体教职员工齐聚大剧院,校级管理层介绍了本学期最新安排。青浦协和在学校管理方面引进了“OKR目标与关键成果法”管理模式。通过明确的目标,跟踪各项目标完成情况。借助合理的管理模式提升教师素养,增强教学质量,营造多元温馨的校园环境,从而帮助每一位学子获得全面成长。
In the morning, all the faculty gathered in the theater, and the management team were introduced according to the latest arrangements. SUIS Qingpu introduced the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) management model for development. They developed objectives, tracking the completion of each goal through time-specific key results. With the help of a reasoned management model to improve teachers’ ability, enhance teaching quality, and create a diverse and warm campus environment, so as to help every student achieve all-round growth.
下午的小组会议上,各学科组、年级组,就新学期计划开展更为细致的讨论。围绕OKR讨论开放教研、读书笔记、教育叙事、论文撰写等等,将目标落实于实际行动中。
In the afternoon’s group meetings, each subject group and grade group carried out more detailed discussions for the new semester. Discussing open lesson plans, reading notes, educational narratives, essay writing, etc.
