In order to help students to broaden their horizons, get more extracurricular knowledge, and strengthen the family-school connection, we invite parents to give students special lectures every semester. Through this activity, parents can also participate in the process of children’s education and growth. These special teachers who are engaged in different occupations have different majors and specialties. They bring rich and colorful pictures, videos and physical materials into the theatre.
近期，我们很荣幸邀请到4C班蒋逸航的妈妈，为四、五年级的同学们带来了一堂关于店铺设计的家长讲堂。短短30分钟的时间，她用丰富的图片，精彩的互动为同学们打开了设计领域的大门，带同学们领略了店铺设计这一工作的奥秘。
We are very honored to invite Diego’s mother of class 4C to bring a parents’ lecture on shop design to the students of grade 4 and 5. In just 30 minutes, with rich pictures and wonderful interaction, Diego’s mum opened the door to the field of design for the students, and showed them the secret of shop design.
通过这次家长讲堂，同学们了解了店铺设计是视觉环境设计中的一个现实运用。设计师通过视觉设计和人进行沟通交流。构思巧妙的店铺设计还可以吸引更多顾客进店，增加销售量呢！虽然只有短短一节课的时间，但在孩子们的心中却播下了设计的种子，期待在未来开花结果。
Through this parent’s lecture, students understood that shop design is a practical application of visual communication design. Designers communicate with people through visual design. Ingenious store design can also attract more customers and increase sales.
