春天,一个充满芳香的季节,我们烹饪社新学习了三道菜肴,用美食包裹这个季节,也希望我们的“春日记食”能给大家带来启发,享受烹饪的乐趣。
Spring, a season full of fragrance, our cooking club also prepared many delicious dishes. We celebrated the amazing season by cooking!
香煎羊排
Pan Fried Lamb Chops
记得学习这道菜的那天,一走进烹饪教室就看见提前准备好的羊排和配菜。老师让我们先把锅烧热,放入羊排,用筷子将羊排煎翻至两面都变成褐色。随后,把配菜也过一下油,适当撒盐。最后一步是羊排和配菜的摆盘。香气扑鼻的菜肴和色泽艳丽的蔬菜,令大家食欲大开。
At the beginning of the class, the lamb chops and side dishes were prepared by the teacher. Then we heated the pan and put the lamb chops in. Turned both sides to brown, put the side dish into the pan, and sprinkled some salt on the vegetables. They were full of color and fragrance.
酥软曲奇
Soft Cookies
曲奇面团由面粉、黄油等材料组成。我们需要把面饼擀成厚薄相同,这样烘焙之后既美观又好吃。这里,我们学会了一个小技巧,擀面的时候把两根筷子放在两边,这样就可以保证面饼厚度均匀。下一步是用模具刻出自己喜欢的形状。记得要沾一点儿面粉,不然会粘在模具上哟。我们烘焙的饼干各式各样,小动物、小花、太阳帽……
The second lesson, we made soft cookies. We needed to roll the dough into the same thickness, and the teacher taught us a trick – to put chopsticks on the both sides, and to roll them flat with a rolling stick. The next step is to use the mold to carve out the desired shape. Remember to dip in a little flour. We bake different kinds of cookies, animals, flowers, sun hats…
上海汤包
Shanghai Soup Dumplings
汤包常常出现在我们的早餐中,深受喜爱。那堂课,老师拿出一团早已发酵好的面团,我们负责把面团揉圆。然后把小小的圆圆的团子放进一个洒有面粉的大盘子里,让盘子里的小面团翻滚、沾满面粉。再拿出面团拍扁、擀皮、放馅儿。不过肉馅好像非常不听话,总想着往外跑,怎么包也包不住。完成之后,把汤包放进蒸笼,8分钟就熟了。汤包皮薄、馅儿大、汤汁充足,可好吃了!
Soup dumplings often appear in our breakfasts and are well-loved. The teacher has prepared a fermented dough for us. Then we started to knead it round and put the small round dough in a large plate with flour. Remember to let the dough roll over and cover it with flour. Take out the dough and pat it flat. Put the stuffing into the rolling skin. Finally, we finished all the dumplings. At this time, the water has been boiled, we put the dumplings into the steamer. Eight minutes later, we got the white, tender and delicious dumplings.
