每学期丰富多彩的CCA协同课程，总让我们难以选择，小语种、体育运动、辩论社团……今年九月，我们学校的Cooking烹饪教室崭新开幕。暖色调的环境布置、舒适的料理台让我下定决心，试着做一名烹饪小能手。
Each semester, the options of colorful CCA collaborative courses always make it difficult for us to choose, such as small languages, sports, and debating societies… This September, our school’s new cooking classroom opened. The warm colors and the comfortable work table made me determined to try to be a cooking expert.
其实，之前在家里也曾挑战过厨艺，但每次总是对着烹饪台发懵，不知道如何正确使用各种工具，烹饪结束，厨房里就像刚刚经过一场“战争”。做出来的食物也不尽如人意。这回学校邀请了专业大厨来指导我们烹饪，我充满了期待！
In fact, I tried using some cooking skills at home before, but I always felt confused and did not know how to use all of the tools correctly. After cooking, the kitchen was just like a “war”. The food was not so good either. This time, the school invited a professional chef to instruct us in cooking. I was full of anticipation!
回顾这一整个学期的烹饪课，有鸡蛋灌饼、自制虾饼、鲜香小馄饨……其中让我印象最深刻的就是，奶油杯子蛋糕。作为甜食爱好者，奶油怎么可以少的了？
Looking back on the cooking class of this whole semester, we cooked egg pancakes, homemade shrimp pancakes, delicious small wontons… but, the one that impressed me the most was the cream cupcake. As a sweet tooth, how could you live without cream?
记得那堂课，一进教室，就已经闻到香喷喷的蛋糕味。原来，老师提前烤好了蛋糕坯，我们负责给蛋糕点上漂亮的奶油。每个小组都拿到了裱花袋，我们从搅拌机里取出奶油，将裱花袋填实。老师到每一个小组亲自示范如何将奶油挤在蛋糕上，并教我们怎样装裱出好看的模样。接下来，就是我们发挥想象力的时候了！我们把奶油挤成各式各样的形状，像塔一样的，像小动物的，像花朵的……可是，完成之后，总感觉少了什么。这时，老师拿来了一些糖粉、饼干屑、巧克力粉供我们撒在蛋糕上。我们组选择了巧克力粉，但不小心撒多了，可是味道却出奇得棒！谁能拒绝浓郁的巧克力呢？
I remember that class, as soon as I entered the classroom, I smelled the cake. It turned out that the teacher had baked the cake in advance, and we were responsible for the beautiful cream on the cake. Each group was given a decorating bag, and we took the cream out of the blender, and the teacher filled the bag. The teacher came to each group and showed us how to put the cream on the cake and how to make it look nice. Next, it was time for us to use our imagination! We squeezed the cream into all kinds of shapes, like towers, small animals, and flowers… However, after completion, we felt like something was missing. Then teacher brought some powdered sugar, biscuit crumbs, chocolate powder for us to sprinkle on the cake. Our group chose chocolate powder, but accidentally sprinkled on too much, but the taste was still surprisingly good, who can refuse rich chocolate?
烹饪不仅让我get了一项新技能，更可贵的是和朋友们分享亲手制作的美食，有自豪感，也很幸福。马上就要放寒假了，真想在家里的厨房施展一下我的厨艺，让爸爸妈妈也品尝品尝！
Cooking not only gives me a new skill, but also makes me feel proud and happy to share my homemade food with my friends. Winter vacation is coming soon, I really want to display my cooking skills in the kitchen at home, and let mom and dad also taste!
