在孩子成长的几个关键阶段,总会遇到难以克服的困难,产生情绪上的困扰,或许还会出现一些不恰当的行为。怎样走进孩子心里,了解他们的心理发展规律,识别心理困扰,从而采取科学有效的方法帮助孩子面对问题呢?
Children’s healthy and happy growth is our greatest wish. In several important stages of children’s growth, there are some difficulties that children cannot overcome on their own, resulting in emotional distress and inappropriate behavior. So, how can we understand children better and understand children’s psychological development and psychological problems so we can take scientific and effective methods to help children face problems together?
上个月,青浦区赵巷社区卫生中心与我校首次联合开展医教结合活动,邀请上海市青浦区第五届专业技术拔尖人才、青浦区心理健康服务中心主任、青浦区精神卫生中心副主任,副主任医师、国家二级心理咨询师、心理治疗师卢国强老师,为小初高的家长带来一场心理科普讲座《走进孩子的心里,帮助孩子面对问题》。
Last month, the health center in Zhaoxiang, Qingpu District, partnered with our school to carry out the activity of Medical-Teaching Integration for the first time. We invited Lu Guoqiang — the fifth top-notch professional of technical talents of Qingpu District, director of Qingpu District mental health service center, deputy director of Qingpu District mental health center, deputy chief physician, national second-class psychological counselor and psychotherapist — to give a psychological lecture for our primary, middle and high school: “Understand children and help them face problems”.
卢国强老师首先通过图文,生动呈现青少年心理健康现状,希望引起家长对孩子心理健康的关注。然后带领家长分别了解儿童注意缺陷多动障碍、抽动障碍、儿童焦虑症、抑郁症的临床表现、成因及干预方法。最后还讲解了引起青少年自伤及自杀问题的原因、常见的自杀危险信号及干预方法。
Mr. Lu presented the current situation of teenagers’ mental health with pictures and texts, drawing parents’ attention to children’s mental health. Then the parents were led to understand the clinical manifestations, causes and intervention methods of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), tic disorder, anxiety disorder, and depression. Finally, parents also learnt the causes of self-injury and suicide as well as common suicide risk signals and intervention methods.
希望通过此类心理讲座提升家长对孩子异常行为的敏感度和识别能力,学习科学有效的干预措施。家校共同守护孩子,帮助孩子一起面对问题,找到调节情绪、改善行为的好办法,使孩子遇见更好的自己!
We can take these useful words to heart. After the lecture, parents improved their sensitivities and capabilities recognizing children’s abnormal behaviors and learned scientific and effective interventions. Through home-school cooperation we can protect children and help them face problems together. By finding good ways to regulate mood and improve behavior, our children will become better versions of themselves!
