青浦协和小学部2021家长会:家校沟通实现“5+2>7”
教育家苏霍姆林斯基曾说:“若只有学校而没有家庭,或只有家庭而没有学校,都不能单独地承担起塑造人的细致、复杂的任务。”为了能更大程度地发挥出每周5天学校教育与2天家庭教育的作用,实现家校联动“5+2>7”的正向教育价值,在9月27日和28日2021学年青浦协和小学部家长会如期顺利举行。
Educator Sukhomlinsky once said, “if there is only school but no family, or only family but no school, we can not undertake the detailed and complex task of shaping people.”
In order to make the school education (five days a week) and family education (two days a week) work at full capacity, and to realize the positive educational value of “5 + 2 > 7” namely to link home and school, we held the parents’ meeting of SUIS Qingpu on September 27 and 28, 2021, academic year as scheduled.
孩子是家长们在这个世界上最大的“投资”,每一位家长都格外关注孩子在青浦协和的学习与生活,校园里到处都是家长们关切询问的身影。
Children are the biggest “investment” of parents in the world. Every parent pays special attention to their children’s study and life at school. Parents’ concerns and inquiries are everywhere on the campus.
在小学部家长会期间,协和教育集团总校长卢慧文作为主旨演讲者为大家带来以“家庭教育需要父母高质量的陪伴”为主题的演讲,探讨了在双减政策及五项管理下,家长与学校如何更好地配合来给予孩子高质量的陪伴。虽然家庭教育没有普适良方,但却有章可循。卢校长在演讲中提出高质量的陪伴是营造一个能力之场,是画好一个行为之框,是留出一扇沟通之门。卢校长强调父母的“陪伴”应是动态的,是父母与孩子时空同在、精神同在的,而“高质量”也应是动态的,是父母不断调整自我,以此来匹配孩子的成长需求的。如果父母想要给予孩子高质量的陪伴,就要做到不替代孩子的自主行为,不干预孩子的同伴行为,同时不强迫孩子的思维活动。卢校长在演讲的最后提出希望,她希望各位家长能和学校拥有共同的理念,能相互信任,及时沟通,共同协力为孩子创造更美好的明天。
During the parents’ meeting of the primary school department, Lu Huiwen, general president of Xiehe education group, as the keynote speaker, brought a speech with the theme of “family education needs high-quality parents’ company”, and discussed how parents and schools can better cooperate to give high-quality company under the double reduction policy and five managements. Although there is no universal recipe for family education, there are methods to follow. In her speech, President Lu proposed that high-quality company is to create a field of ability, draw a frame of behavior, and set aside a door for communication. President Lu emphasized that the “company” of parents should be dynamic, that is, the time and space, spirit of parents and children should be the same, and the “high quality” should also be dynamic, that is, parents should constantly adjust themselves to match the growth needs of children. If parents want to give their children high-quality company, they should not replace their children’s autonomous behavior, do not interfere with their children’s peer behavior, and do not force their children’s thinking activities. At the end of her speech, President Lu expressed her hope that all parents and the school can have common ideas, trust each other, communicate in time, and work together to create a better tomorrow for their children.
除了班主任老师和家长们交流学生的日常表现、学习情况、纪律情况和校园社交外,双语组和外教组的老师们通过视频的形式向家长们介绍了新学年的课程,各科任老师也进班与家长们进行了细致沟通。
In addition to the homeroom teachers’communication with the parents about students’ daily performance, learning, discipline and campus social networking, the teachers from the bilingual group and the foreign teacher group introduced the courses of this new academic year to the parents in the form of a video, and the teachers of all subjects also entered the class to communicate with the parents.
语文组
语文老师们的沟通由学习语文的好习惯入手,从扎实有效、规范有序的课堂教学,到丰富多彩、灵活创新的文化活动,让家长们了解了一个既保持着语文的传统优势,又不断创新的“扎根素养,寓教于乐”的有青浦协和特色的母语文化课程,并期望家长和我们一起为提高孩子们的综合文化素养携手共进。
Chinese teachers starts with the good habit of learning Chinese, from solid, effective, standardized and orderly classroom teaching to rich, colorful, flexible and innovative cultural activities, so that parents can understand a mother tongue culture course with the characteristics of Suis Qingpu, which not only maintains the traditional advantages of Chinese, but also continuously innovates “grounded literacy and teaching in fun”, We hope that parents will work with us to improve children’s comprehensive cultural literacy.
数学组
数学组老师们在家长会介绍过程中,针对本学年的教学目标与家长分享“双减政策下,如何家校联动培养孩子的自主学习能力和九会数学学习能力?”低学段的介绍从学生兴趣出发,习惯培养出发,展示了开学以来孩子们的学习状态和进步点滴。中高段以自主学习,数学思维培养为目标,分享助力学生数学思考的策略。
The mathematics teachers shared with parents “how to train children’s autonomous learning ability and nine mathematics learning ability under the double reduction policy.” The introduction of the lower grades started from students’ interests and habit cultivation, showing children’s learning status and progress since the beginning of school. The middle and upper grades shared strategies to help students’ mathematical thinking with the goal of autonomous learning and mathematical thinking cultivation.
英语组
英语组老师们从课程介绍、学习目标与活动,以及家校沟通等方面让家长对于英语学科有了一个比较全面的了解,同时与家长们分享了如何培养孩子良好的学习习惯和阅读习惯;如何在双减政策下高效低负地提高孩子的学习能力等。
The English teachers gave parents a more comprehensive understanding of English from the aspects of course introduction, learning objectives and activities, home-school communication, and so on. At the same time, they shared with parents how to cultivate children’s good learning habits and reading habits; and how to improve children’s learning ability efficiently with low burden under the double reduction policy.
